Currently, the BalanceX app does not include an in-app option to delete accounts.
If you want to request the complete deletion of your account, synced data, and any information associated with your use of BalanceX, you can do so by sending an email to:
In your message, include the email address you use to sign in to the app and write: “Delete BalanceX account”.
We will process your request within 24 to 72 hours.
