This policy applies to all applications developed under the brand InfinitX Apps, including BalanceX and future ecosystem products.
1. Data we collect
We only collect the information necessary for the apps to work properly:
- Basic account data when you sign in with Google (for example, email address and name).
- Information you enter in the apps, such as income and expense records in BalanceX.
- Minimal technical data for metrics, error diagnostics, and stability (app version, device type, crash reports).
2. How we use this information
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Allow you to access your account securely.
- Sync your information across devices when this feature is available.
- Improve performance and stability of the applications.
- Understand, in an aggregated and anonymous way, how the apps are used so we can improve them.
3. Advertising and in-app purchases
Some applications may show ads or include in-app purchases (for example, PRO plan subscriptions).
- Purchases are processed through Google Play. InfinitX Apps does not have access to your full payment method details.
- Advertising may be personalized according to Google policies and your account settings.
4. Data retention
We retain your data while you have an active account or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and your associated data by following each app’s procedure.
5. Account and data deletion
Each application may have a different flow to request data deletion. Currently:

When a deletion request is processed, personal data and records associated with your account are deleted from our servers, except for aggregated or anonymized information that cannot identify you and may be retained for internal statistical purposes.
6. Security
Data is transmitted encrypted when traveling between your device and our services (for example, via HTTPS). However, no system is 100% invulnerable, so we continuously improve our security measures.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated in the future. When it is, the date will be reflected as the last modified date in this document. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
